brian says... have you any info on the history or technical info of glasgow paddlesteamer ,please thanks brian sandwell model boat club
Hi Brian, I have asked the only member in our club who has actually built the 'Glasgow' and all he can tell me is that it was built from a Graupner kit and there was no info on the real paddlesteamer. Sorry we cannot be of any help to you, but thanks for your interest in our site and I hope you enjoyed it. Best regards, Tony Barber. Webmaster.
HI Andy, Welcome to North Devon. We meet on Wed and Sun mornings about 1000 - 1200 Just turn up at Bicclescombe Park pond and introduce yourself to any of the members and they will put you in touch with a committee member who will make arrangements for you to join our club if you so wish. We are a friendly bunch and have a good old banter and a laugh with one another so don't be afraid to join in the fun. You will be made welcome and I look forward to meeting you some time. If you click on any of the Web master links on our site, it will open an email so you can contact me privately then if you respond I will have your email address. Best regards, Tony Barber (web master)
